The old train station

Im off to Arizona for a week to work on a non-Twain video project. The above photo of the old train station will remind me of home whenever I long for wind swept snow, cold nights and a leaky kitchen roof caused by ice filled gutters. On second thought I’ll think of the children. I’m taking this book with me: “Mark Twain Social Philosopher” by the late Louis J. Budd. I started reading a few days ago and am looking forward to finishing the book before I return. It’s a fascinating study of Twain’s development.
